A Group functional fitness session providing a welcoming environment for gym users to come together through fitness

Our classes are small group sessions focusing on strength and conditioning exercises within our 60min time slots.

Every workout is different and our focus is to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals, whilst having the benefit of being motivated by others
