Junior Classes
An introduction to lifting and general fitness! Our kids classes provide children ranging from 6-13 years a platform to familiarize themselves within a gym setting, taking part in our fun fitness sessions and learning new skills, lifts and gymnastic/ technical exercises and drills.
What you can expect
A fun, action-packed class to get our young people moving and enjoying fitness!
This is a fantastic way for juniors to make friends as well as build strength and general fitness
