Service Description

A variation of strength and conditioning across the board! Develop your technique and build a strong base, using a 6 week strength cycle specifically programmed to focus on improving all your compound lifts! These classes not only work on those fundamentals and core strength but also include Olympic lifting, gymnastics and functional drills. Finally, enhance your overall fitness with varied metcons and WODs (Workout of the Day’s) and get a well worked sweat on!
